ST. BALDRICK’S DAY CELEBRATION
On Sunday, March 20, 2005, Regina Builders participated in the sixth annual celebration of St. Baldrick’s Day at the Bubba Mac Shack in Somers Point. The team, headed by John, joined other teams and individuals at the event to raise funds to benefit childhood cancer research. The team consisted of John, Joe, Bob, Dave, Bud, and John S. Since so many children lose their hair during cancer treatments, the founders of St. Baldrick’s Day thought it would be appropriate that participants in the celebration shave their heads to raise funds.
